Within the framework of SUEZ operations in Uzbekistan, the company requested specialized training for its expatriate staff to help them adapt their professional and everyday behavior to the local cultural and administrative environment. The goal was to facilitate smoother integration of foreign specialists into the Uzbek context and to enhance their understanding of local norms, values, and communication practices essential for successful business operations.
Rahmanov Partners designed and delivered a comprehensive intercultural training program covering the historical background of Uzbekistan, its cultural environment, business etiquette, and documentation practices. The sessions also included interactive discussions and team-building exercises aimed at strengthening cooperation within the multinational team. Through this program, Rahmanov Partners contributed to improving cross-cultural awareness, workplace efficiency, and the overall adaptation of SUEZ’s international staff in Uzbekistan.
